Initially, each registered user can export documents of total size equivalent to the number of the allowed export credits specified in the choosen plan. However, thanks to our referral program our registered users can expand the allowance for up to 1000 credits.

Export credit is a unit we use to measure the size of exported documents, and calculate usage and statistics. The credit is equivalent to 500Kb. Thus, if a document size is 1.4Mb, 3 credits will be deducted from the account upon export. The credit allowance is renewed at the end of each monthly iteration. The number of available credits and the date of the iteration end are available in the account details page.

Don't worry, we will not terminate your service right away. However, you will be notified via email and granted an additional 10% of your monthly allowance. If you exceed this limit, your service will be suspended untill the end of your current monthly iteration. The date of the iteration end is available in the account details page.

Yes. For this purpose we offer Referral Rewards Program . This program is available for all our registered users. You will get 250 extra export credits to your plan for each new RunPDF qualified user that signs up from your referral link.

There is no installation required. All you need is internet connection to access RunPDF export web service.

In order to protect our service against malicious requests and ensure it is available for all our subscribers we kindly ask you for the following:

• Terminate the PDF creation process if you submit content or a URL that takes longer than 120 seconds to process;
• Allow at least 5 seconds between connections to our server(s) from your application or server;
• Verify your input before connecting to our service. Make sure the export key and URLs or HTML strings you submit are valid.

Nope. All service plans are month-to-month subscriptions that can be cancelled at any time.

There is no risk, and no obligations. The plan is offered for you to try our service for 30 days free of charge.

There is no contract and no obligations. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you may do so at any time on the order details page of your account.

Absolutely! You can change plans at any time. Simply cancel the current plan and then subscribe to a new one.

Yes. If none of the above plans fit exactly with your requirements - please, contact us to request a custom plan.

Once logged-in, you will be directed to PayPal web site where you'll need to create or use your existing PayPal account to set up the auto-recurring payment. You can link your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express card to your PayPal account and use it to pay for your subscription.
