Using our services

- Terminate the PDF creation process if you submit content or a URL that takes longer than 120 seconds to process
- Allow at least 5 seconds between connections to our server(s) from your application or server. If the timeout between your requests is less then 5 seconds, we reserve the right to terminate new incoming connections.
- Should we determine that you consistently attempt to connect to our server from the same server without keeping 5 seconds timeout, we reserve the right to block your IP from beaing able to connect to our service and cancel your account without refund.
- Verify your input before connecting to our service. Should we determine that you consistently attempt to connect to our server providing invalid export key, we reserve the right to block your IP from beaing able to connect to our service and cancel your account without refund.
Modifying and Terminating our services
We are constantly changing and improving our services. We may add or remove functionalities or features, and we may suspend or stop the services altogether.
You can stop using our services at any time, although we’ll be sorry to see you go. We may also stop providing the services to you, or add or create new limits to our services at any time.
We reserve the right to change the prices or the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Business uses of our services
If you are using our services on behalf of a business, that business accepts these terms. It will hold harmless and indemnify RunTex LLC and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, suit or action arising from or related to the use of the services or violation of these terms, including any liability or expense arising from claims, losses, damages, suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys’ fees.
Warranty
Our themes are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that themes will work in all browsers, nor do we guarantee compatibility of RunPDF application with any additional third party plug-in, scripts, or applications.
Membership And Subscription
Membership is a registration to our site and subscription to our service. All paid subscriptions with valid PayPal accounts will be automatically renewed every month on the date you signed up. Subscribing to a payed plan implies that you’ll need to pay fees and taxes. Note that fees and taxes are nonrefundable.
If you wish to stop your subscription, a cancelation button is available in your subscription details page. If you cancel your subscription, your PayPal account will be updated to cancel the payments and you will not be able to use our service.
Payments
If any, all payments are handled through PayPal.
Support
We provide Support for our service via email and online documentation. In order to receive a priority support you’ll need to have an account on our website.
